No matter the situation, seek God today. Ask, and He will send the rain down on whatever part of life has been mowed over by the locusts. And you will experience the blessing God desires for you.

We are now in a season of celebration of our "Redeemer" - Jesus Christ.
The ultimate essence of this wonderful season is to share with Love.

Jesus wants you to give like that. In the Bible verse Matthew 25:40, Jesus says that doing something kind for people who can’t repay you is like doing something kind for Jesus!

So look for your chance. Pick someone who isn’t going to give you a Christmas present or someone you don’t even know. Find out what they need. Are they hungry? Do they need a friend? Do they need some new clothes or a toy to play with? Give them what they need, and don’t expect a single thing back. Give to them, and think about giving to Jesus.

Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.


What caused the rain to stop? His prayer. What caused the rain to fall again? His prayer.

Ask God today for the blessing of His rain in your life!

Now is the time—I mean right now, this minute—to make up your mind that your past no longer matters. When it doesn’t matter, it can’t influence you. Until the past is rendered impotent in your mind, it will affect the way you see yourself, the way you view others, and the way you think about your future, whether you realize it or not. It’s time for that to stop. Jesus said, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32, emphasis added).


Here’s the truth: Your past does not belong to you. It does not have to haunt you or hover over your mind anymore. It belongs to God and that’s why He can rewrite it as He chooses.

The fear of man can keep you from obeying God. It will keep you from pleasing God. It will keep you from the joy you would experience when you trust God.

Do not allow the fear of man to control your life. Instead, trust in the Lord.

Most people hunger for something greater than they’re currently experiencing. In the faith community, where I spend a lot of my time, I sense that hunger everywhere I go. It’s a combination of people’s deep yearning to be more, do more, and experience more, and God is always in the business of doing greater things.
When we walk with Him, we constantly live within earshot of His beckoning us to new levels and next steps. It’s a divine call to step up and experience something different and better than we have ever known.

This is one of the deepest questions a human being can ask……with a myriad of answers. The question “Who are you?” can be answered in various contexts. It could be in response to a question in an interview, or to someone seeking to know your identity. But let’s go deeper. WHO ARE YOU?
When God made man and put him in the garden, God made man in the image of God (Gen 1: 26-28.).
God gave man free will, the power of choice. He gave man intellect, reasoning, and many other attributes not available to birds of the air or animals of the field. God made man to have dominion and be powerful…… and to remind us of our uniqueness…he gave man the power of choice. This choice was exercised poorly by Eve and Adam but that is a story for another day.

Jesus said, “When these things happen,
don’t be troubled. Don’t worry.

They must come to pass.” Think about some of those things.

One of the commands in the Old Testament Law is a seven-day celebration (Leviticus 23:39-43). Question: when was the last time you celebrated anything for seven days? God challenged the Israelites to celebrate longer, to celebrate better. That’s like a command to eat cupcakes!


And God didn’t just mandate weeklong celebrations. He also commanded a yearlong honeymoon for newlyweds (Deuteronomy 24:5). Hubba-hubba!

We need to celebrate more.

We need to celebrate better.

Why? Because thus far the Lord has helped us.

What God-given victories can you celebrate in the course of chasing your God-given objective so far?

"Dear Lord anoint my lips today,
let me choose to speak the truth,
And let me bite back a lie,
Even when it cost me something."

Amen!

Words have enormous power. In fact, The tongue has the power of Life and Death. See Prov. 18:21.
Words can crush the life and hope out of a person,
Words can help a broken heart start beating again.

Let the words that comes out of our mouths be decent and uplifting to our audience.

Faith

WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE ME. This may seem obvious, but there are actually many people who try to approach Me without truly believing I exist. Some people simply want to cover all their bases, so they toss up an occasional prayer to Me—just in case I might really exist and someday be their Judge. Others cry out to Me at times of extreme distress and then forget about Me when the crisis is over. This is not genuine faith, and it does not please Me at all. Faith that pleases Me is much more substantial: It perceives as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.

Verse of the Day - 2 Corinthians 7:1 (NLT): Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God.

Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him. (Deut 8:6)

Principles
Christian life is a life of obedience.  Obedience should be Voluntary that it is choice by operating our faculty of Freewill.  It is not thrust by anyone outside. Christian obedience is willing obedience.  It means to involve our whole being in obedience, i.e., body, soul, and spirit.

If your dream is a book, you make it obedient with a keyboard.

If your dream is playing professional sport, you make it obedient at the gym.

If your dream is making music, you make it obedient one note at a time.

Your dreams will never exceed your imagination. You can’t achieve what you don’t believe. So idea generation is important. But idea execution is where the rubber meets the road.

How joyful are those who fear the Lord — all who follow his ways!
You will enjoy the fruit of your labor. How joyful and prosperous you will be!
Your wife will be like a fruitful grapevine, flourishing within your home.
Your children will be like vigorous young olive trees as they sit around your table. That is the Lord ’s blessing for those who fear him.

God makes us wait at times so we can glean valuable lessons. But He never does so out of spite.

We should always keep it at the back of our minds as Christ's followers that God's delay isn't always denial.

If you spot a Sinner,
And don't pray for that Sinner,
But rather, you mock up Sinner,
You are no better than that Sinner.

Having Difficulty believing God is watching you and knows you every move and situation? , here is a verse for you today;
